The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist is empowered to leverage their recruiting and sourcing expertise as well as business acumen to identify, assess and hire quality talent.  The Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist possesses the ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment while being able to execute a full lifecycle recruiting model.  This includes assisting the VP of Delivery  in effectively defining open positions, developing and executing targeted sourcing strategies/plans/pipelines, performing in-depth candidate assessments, managing the candidate offer process, and working with Human Resources in building an effective on-boarding plan for each new hire. 

Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify and source top talent – using our job boards, web searches, social media, referrals and industry-specific sources to attract consulting professionals and other positions for Logic Information Systems as needed.
  • Collaborate with the leadership to plan and implement effective recruiting strategies for Technical and Business Consultants.
  • Serve as an ambassador of Logic Information Systems when reaching out to candidates; cold calling candidates for positions and acting professionally in representing the company.
  • Ability to use high standard of ethics when calling candidates and working with coworkers and executives within the company.
  • Assist in the development of position-specific screening questionnaires.
  • Identify, screen and present top talent.
  • Manage candidates throughout the interview process.
  • Perform salary, fee, and contract negotiations with clients and candidates, where applicable.
  • Maintain pipeline reports and present regular updates to key stakeholders.
  • Identify and recommend candidates, coordinate interview scheduling, negotiate offers and bring candidate recruiting process to closure.
  • Leverage the candidate tracking system to ensure future searches leverage all data gathered during the process.
  • Negotiate and present offers and close selected candidates
  • Participate in recruiting meetings and brainstorming sessions to continually improve the recruiting process as well as learn new ways to recruit top talent.
  • Contribute to developing and improving the recruiting strategy for Logic Information Systems as needed for unique or hard to find positions.
  • Build working relationships with Talent Acquisition team, Delivery, Executive staff, and Talent Management colleagues related to recruiting efforts.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
  • 8+ years recruiting experience in technology and ideally within a consulting environment for both individual, managerial, and executive level positions.
  • The ability to identify qualified candidates contacting them through cold calling and capturing their interest.
  • A proven track record of successfully sourcing hard-to-find candidates.
  • Experience using tracking systems and tools including relational database applicant tracking systems, the internet, job boards and imagination.
  • Strong verbal communication skills, including interviewing, selling, influencing, negotiating, and collaborating.
  • The ability to represent Logic to candidates, and to be able to articulate why we are a premier consulting firm.
  • Strong time management skills that include tracking candidate contacts and candidate information.
  • Proven knowledge and expertise in all sourcing methods including using recruiting research, cold calling, warm calling, and internet recruiting.
  • Ability to work independently on projects, as team lead, and as a member of a team.
  • Possess a prominent level of initiative and strong drive to succeed.
  • Excellent organization skills and oral/written communication skills a must.
  • Ability to travel as needed -10% or less.
