Due to our growing focus on B2B marketing and client demand, we are seeking a Marketing Associate. In this role, you will support our Strategy, Sales, Delivery and Recruiting in an effort to promote and create brand awareness of the company through integrated marketing communications initiatives. You will work closely with our Marketing Manager, Director of Product and Service Strategy, our external agency and creative suppliers to develop and execute savvy marketing communications programs that exceed expectations, support the organization's product and service assortment and drive differentiation.
 
Responsibilities
 
  • Create and maintain marketing communications campaigns, programs, and positioning/branding initiatives.
  • Assist in coordinating the quarterly newsletter for internal Logic employees.
  • Project execution - this is a hands-on role. You will be tasked with executing a variety of marketing projects including; creative social media content, event planning & coordination, collateral and branded promotional items as needed.
  • Develop content for print, digital advertising, social media management and campaigns including Facebook, LinkedIn, and Twitter.
  • Create sales support materials and product & service support literature and presentations.
  • Assist in preparing materials for trade shows and special industry events.
  • Assist in maintaining current and relevant content on the website and coordinating with web development agency as needed.
  • Distribute public relations communications and press release content.
  • Coordination with partners
  • Support account-based marketing
  • Assist in creating internal/employee communications as needed.
 
Qualifications
 
  • Passion for building a B2B technical retail brand through marketing and communications strategies.
  • 4 Year Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising or communications.
  • 1-3 years' experience in advertising or marketing communications.
  • Ability to work on multiple projects with multiple business teams.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity.
  • Excellent organizational skills and superior attention to detail.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite applications (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop), social media management tools and content management systems.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office applications including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience with marketing automation and customer relationship management tools a plus.
